We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Your Right to Cancel

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at orders@emeraldvault.ie with your order number and we'll provide return instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.
  • Sealed product that has been opened cannot be returned. Due to the nature of trading card products, once a booster box, ETB, pack, or any sealed product has been opened, we cannot accept a return. This is to protect the integrity of the product for all customers.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your cancellation confirmation from us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@emeraldvault.ie. Include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in its original condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched. Once a pre-order item has shipped, the standard return policy above applies. For full details, see our Pre-Order Policy page.
