Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming Pokémon TCG products before their official release date. Here's how it works.

How Pre-Orders Work

  • Pre-order items are clearly marked on our store with an expected release date.
  • Payment is taken at the time of placing your pre-order to secure your allocation.
  • Pre-order items are dispatched on or as close to the official release date as possible, depending on when we receive stock from our distributor.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your pre-order has been dispatched.

Release Dates

Release dates are set by The Pokémon Company International and may occasionally change. If a release date is delayed, we'll notify you by email with the updated date. Your pre-order will remain in place unless you choose to cancel.

Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched. To cancel, email us at order@emeraldvault.ie with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we'll ship the in-stock items immediately and the pre-order items separately once available. You will not be charged additional shipping for the second shipment.

Allocation & Availability

Pokémon TCG products are allocated to retailers by the distributor, which means quantities are limited. If we're unable to fulfil your pre-order due to allocation constraints, we'll notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of a full refund or a substitution of equal value.

Price Guarantee

The price you pay at the time of pre-order is the price you'll pay — even if the retail price increases before the release date. If we reduce the price before release, you'll be charged the lower price.
